Shaun T is a very friendly and energetic instructor, his charisma is second to none. The music is good but not GREAT, but it's still better than most of the music out there. The music isn't extactly "hip hop" but more pop-ish music(last time I checked Pussycat Dolls weren't "hip hop").
The workout is not anything too intense for the average person to keep up with, but it's enough to keep you working up a sweat.
