Choreographer, dancer, and fitness enthusiast Shaun T brings to you his stylistic approach to achieving rock hard abs through fun dance moves. Have you ever seen a flabby music video dancer? Well that’s because dance is a great way to burn fat and tone your body.








Shaun T is a very friendly and energetic instructor, his charisma is second to none. The music is good but not GREAT, but it's still better than most of the music out there. The music isn't extactly "hip hop" but more pop-ish music(last time I checked Pussycat Dolls weren't "hip hop").
The workout is not anything too intense for the average person to keep up with, but it's enough to keep you working up a sweat.

Chalene Johnson, what hasn’t she done? Chalene is an entrepreneur, TV fitness personality, clothing designer, author, motivational speaker, choreographer, wife, mother of two. Combining dance with kickboxing she has created an exciting way to shed fat and sculpt your body.









This video is tons of fun, definitely one of the most fun cardio kickboxing videos out there. For those who HATE cardio exercises this is for you. It doesn't even feel like you are working out but trust me you are!

The work outs are intense enough to shed pounds(How does burning up to 1,000 calories per hour sound?). Also included with the Max Result video the Turbo Sculpting Gloves(1lbs each) add resistance needed to tone your arms.

Charlene proves to be very motivational without being annoying. She also focuses on proper body alignment to avoid injuries and fatigue to your joints unlike most kickboxing videos.

One of the major selling points of the video is the music, which isn't bad by any means just not as great as it is hyped up to be.

So I cannot say I honestly worked out to this video(would be a little awkward to see a guy doing this video), but I did watch it. And being a guy it's definitely fun to watch! The workouts do not look too intense in terms of cardio, so this appears to be more of a toning video than weight loss. Also, along with toning women will gain confidence and skills to add the passion back into your relationship.

Alli Weight Loss

I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded Alli is good. It's the only FDA approved over-the- counter weight-loss pill. It works by blocking about 25% of the fat you consume which means it cuts out some of the calories you digest therefore helping weight loss. Alli claims to help aid in losing 50% more weight than dieting alone. For instance, if you would lose 2lbs per week from dieting alone; with the help of Alli you lose an additional 1lb resulting in a total lose of 3 lbs.

1)It helps increase the amount of weight loss but you still have to watch what you eat and exercise
2)About 70% of people were satisfied and 30% of people were not
3)Typical weight loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.
4)Most people who weren't satisfied was because of the side effects associated
-Alli blocks the absorption of about 25% of fat, so when you
eat it...it has to go somewhere. you'll notice an oily substance(fat) in your stool
-Also gas seems to be an additional problem.
-Just because it blocks some of the fat you eat doesn't mean you can go crazy eating fatty foods. When people pig out on fatty foods while taking Alli they have [uncontrollable]diarrhea.
